Please assist the administrative staff by updating your membership information for 2026 if any changes have occurred. You may download and print the form to mail it in, or submit a photo or scanned copy as an email attachment using the address listed on the form.
We also ask that you share this information with family and friends who are no longer attending and may have transferred their membership to another church. In place of submitting a form, members may send an email indicating their intent to transfer membership. It is important that we are notified of any membership changes so our records remain accurate.
